SHIPPING POLICY

 At Eclipse Poke Cards, we offer shipping via USPS, FedEx and UPS as our primary shipping options for delivering your orders across the United States. Our goal is to ensure your items reach you in pristine condition while providing a cost-effective and reliable delivery service.  

We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with the occasional need to switch days due to holidays.  Transit times will generally be 3-5 days, however these estimates may vary, especially in extreme weather conditions.

Once we have shipped your order out, we are not liable for any missing or damaged items by the selected postal carrier.  If your package is missing or damaged upon delivery, please file a claim with the postal carrier.  Each package is insured for the value of your purchase.  If you need additional information for your claim, please contact us via email or one of our social media pages, and we'll be more than happy to provide you with assistance.
